At VERDENA, we want your home to feel perfectly curated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Items

  Carefully repackage the products in their original manufacturer packaging and include all protective inserts to ensure furniture and decor arrive safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping tags are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
